By accessing or using PolyCode products and services ("Services"), including Chat Saver browser extension, UniFlow platform, and Bookmark Gardening, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

PolyCode provides software tools for developers: • Chat Saver — Browser extension for saving and transferring AI chat conversations • UniFlow — Project management platform with AI assistant • Bookmark Gardening — AI-powered bookmark management extension All products are delivered automatically through browser extension stores (Chrome Web Store, Firefox Add-ons) or web applications.

Some features require account registration. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through LemonSqueezy payment processor. • Prices are displayed in the currency of your region • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled • You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period • Refunds are provided within 14 days of purchase if the product does not function as described

PolyCode grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or commercial purposes. You may NOT: • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software • Share your license key with others • Use the Services for illegal activities • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data. Key points: • Chat Saver processes data locally; chats are not sent to our servers • License verification requires minimal data (email, license key) • We do not sell your personal information

All content, code, and trademarks related to PolyCode are owned by PolyCode or its licensors. You retain ownership of your own data and content created using our Services.

PolyCode Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: • Data loss or corruption • Service interruptions • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PolyCode is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts in that jurisdiction.
